CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK OUT IS 11 A.M. EST. NO Early Check-ins.

This is a NON SMOKING house.

Towels or linens are not permitted to be taken from the house.

PHONE CALLS – There is a phone at the house for your use. However we are charged for local (.18 per minute) and long distance calls (.12 per minute). We aren’t worried about a few calls–it’s there for your use and emergencies, however if excessive calls are made, we will send you a copy of the bill and you will be required to pay for the calls made during your stay. Please do not make international calls from the house phone.

SECURITY DEPOSIT– We do not require a security deposit. However, guest agrees to compensate us for any excessive cleaning or missing items. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear are the sole responsibility of the guest. In lieu of a security deposit, a credit card is required as a guarantee against damages, smoking in the house or excessive cleaning.

The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

Upon your departure please make sure to do the following:

Please sign out of any apps you may access on the AppleTV.

Please put away an house items you may have used.

Please wash dishes and clean counter tops.

Please strip beds and leave all used linens and towels in the hamper or washer in the laundry room.
